Privacy and Confidentiality
Privacy
I aim to be fully compliant with GPDR legislation and to let you know how I use and protect the data you’ve given me. I wish to be transparent with regard to the processes I have in place. Identifiable information, if shared, will only be used in accordance with the privacy statement of innerChi. I follow guidance from my governing body (NBVH, JVATN and RBCZ). I will keep these processes under review and refresh them if anything changes.
Confidentiality
All the information discussed in a therapy session is confidential.
However, when you start and when you complete your therapy a letter is sent to your general practitioner. If you do not wish to have your general practitioner contacted, those wishes will be respected. There will be nothing written about you unless you give your written consent. In supervision and intervision there will be no information disclosed that would reveal your identity.
